Participation Guide for the 2025 International Korean Education Youth Camp

We are pleased to announce the 2025 International Korean Education Youth Camp hosted by the Korean Ministry of Education and organised by the International Korean Education Foundation.
We look forward to the active participation of middle and high school students studying the Korean Language in New Zealand.

1. OUTLINE
- Name of the Programme: 2024 International Korean Education Youth Camp
- Schedule
- Main Programme:  November 17th (Monday) ~ November 21st (Friday), 2025(On-Site)
- Preliminary Training: October 31st(Friday) ~ November 2nd(Sunday), 2025(Online)
- Location: Hana Global Campus (Cheongna, Incheon, South Korea)
- Award: Two participants will receive an award from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education.
                Two participants will receive an award from the Chairman of the National Assembly’s Education Committee.

2.  PROGRAMME
- Preliminary Training: Education on Korean literature, culture, and arts - Preparation for On-Site Program and Korean Literature Presentation Contest
- Main On-Site Programme: Korean history and culture lecture, Cultural/ Korean Literature Presentation Contest, Cultural/Arts performance practice, and Korean cultural experience

3. SUPPORT DETAILS
- Complete airfare
※ Accompanying service fee provided if necessary.
※ Airline tickets will be bought by IKEF and send E-ticket to Participants.

- Airport pick-up service (Incheon International Airport)

4. APPLICATION PROCESS
- Application deadline:  August 18th(Monday), 2025 ~ September 19th(Friday), 2025 (by 5:00 pm)

  a) Application (letter of self-introduction and letter of consent of provision of personal information)
  b) copy of passport (Please ensure that the six months of validity (at least) of your passport should be secured from your departure date.)
