2025 Korean Culture Experience in NZ Schools
New Zealand schools (limited vacancies for other regions) have the opportunity to apply special activities that increase students’ knowledge and understanding of Korea.
The professional instructors will visit your school and run Korean cultural classes for your students.
The programmes are fully funded by the Korean government. Your school is required to meet venue and facility requirements, as well as the minimum number of participants.
The Korean Culture Experience programme can be arranged in either your regular timetable or Extracurricular activities or also be organized as an after-school programme.(especially Taekwondo).
o Program Details:
1. Korean Culture Experience (Taekwondo, K-Pop, K-Games, and Culture Activity)
Application Period: 3 March 2025 to 3 November 2025 (Term 2 to Term 4)
Format: Activities can be integrated into regular class schedules, extracurricular activities, or after-school programs (especially Taekwondo).
2. Korean Paper Hanbok Craft
Application Period: 3 March 2025 to 31 August 2025 (Term 2 to Term 3)
Format: One-off cultural experience class involving traditional Korean paper crafting.
o How to Apply:
-Complete the application form. (Please ensure that you apply at least one month in advance of your expected event date.)
-Obtain signed approval from your principal.
-Scan and email the completed form to: nzkoreanedu@gmail.com.
-After the event, please submit a feedback report, including some photos from the event.
