2022 the KEC Korean Class Guidelines
Hello Students,
Thank you for your passion for Korean language.
The KEC informs the 2022 Korean Class Guidelines to make it clear.
This Guidelines will be implemented from Term 1 this year(2022).
2022 the KEC Korean Class Guidelines
1.
Korean Class has four steps of course level, and each group consists of two classes: A and B,
which are the same contents of lesson just on different days.
2.
Each step lasts for 2Terms (about 20 weeks, six months), only the students who pass each step
will be given the Course Certificate.
We expect at least two years to complete all steps of our Korean course from Foundation to Advanced level.
3.
You need to reach over 70% of each Term's attendance to move to the next Term and Step.
Only those who attended over 70% of classes can apply for the following Term.
4.
If the current course is not completed, you can repeat the same level of step just once again.
However, even after taking the same class twice, if you do not meet the course requirement,
you can not take the Korean class after that. (Exception: If you have a particular reason to cease the class,
you need to inform your teacher or the KEC rightly in advance.)
5.
You can adjust your course within a third class if students do not think the current class does not match
your Korean level. The KEC and teachers will consider the capacity and class condition before the adjustment.
The confirmation Email will be sent to you around 1 or 2 Feb 2022 with further information,
and the term 1 class will be online with Zoom (due to the Covid circumstances) from 8 Feb to 14 April.
